Spa terms & conditions

How to book

Once you have chosen a package and dates, please call our reservations team on 01675 470468. Please make all your requirements known when you book your package or treatment, e.g. medical conditions, dietary requirements. Any additional treatments should be requested at the time of booking. Maximum group size is 16 guests. Individual treatments must be guaranteed by a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking. Children are not allowed in the spa area. The minimum age to enter the spa area is 16.

Payment & confirmation

Full payment is required at the time of booking for spa breaks and spa days. Any additional treatments must also be paid for at time of booking. For essential treatments, all bookings must be guaranteed using a valid debit or credit card to confirm the booking.

Cancellations

For all spa packages (day and residential), cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of arrival date will be charged an administration fee of £25 per person. Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days of arrival date will be charged at 50% of the total cost. Cancellations made less than 7 days of arrival date will be charged at 100% of the total cost. An administration fee of £10 per change will be applied to bookings. Individual treatments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a £10 administration charge. Treatments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or non-arrivals, will be charged in full. These amounts will be debited from the credit or debit card used to secure the booking.

Treatments

Spa treatment times, for all spa packages, are allocated on arrival and therefore cannot be confirmed before arrival. We cannot guarantee availability for extra spa treatments if they are not booked at the same time as your spa package. All treatment times are approximate. Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to your appointment time(s) in order to relax and complete your consultation card. Regretfully, late arrival for your appointment will result in a reduced treatment time.

Arrival & departure

For residential stays you will be informed on booking of your arrival time and bedroom check-in time is from 3.00pm. On day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11.00am. Robes and slippers must be handed into the spa reception on departure. Missing robes or slippers will be charged for against your securing debit or credit card. It is the responsibility of party organisers to ensure all robes and slippers are left in lockers.

Dress code

Our dress code is casual during the day. Guests using the spa are welcome to stay in their robes all day. Please bring comfortable clothing with you, as well as swimwear, and suitable clothing/footwear for the gym/outside areas. We advise that you do not bring any jewellery or valuables. Please note guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to the spa. To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests we respectfully ask that mobile phones are switched off during your day. Smoking is only permitted at our designated outdoor smoking areas, please ask the staff on the day for their locations.

Consultation forms

Within your confirmation there will be consultation forms for you to complete. If you have visited Lea Marston Spa before you will need to complete a new questionnaire to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information. If you have a medical condition and have not already notified us at the time of booking, please let us know before your visit in case you are prohibited from using any of the facilities/treatments. If you are unable to have a treatment on the day of your visit due to a medical condition and we have not been informed prior to your arrival then payment will still apply. Please also let us know of any dietary requirements you or anyone in your party has.
