Staying Safe Together

Welcome Back

Firstly we would like to say a HUGE thank you to our incredible NHS and Key Worker community. These remarkable people have kept us safe and sane over the past few months and we are all truly indebted to them.

We are delighted to announce that the hotel has re-opened.

We are sure travel looks a little different for you right now, but our priorities remain the same and committed to providing you a safe and relaxing hotel stay. Our objective is to support guests to ‘Stay Safe Together’ and with this in mind we would like to share with you our Staying Safe Together initiative below.

Limited food and beverage services will be available to residents. All tables need to be pre-booked to drink or dine with us as per the government guidance – we will adhere to this and update our policy as and when required. In time our meeting spaces and leisure facilities will all reopen - we'll be sure to update you all as soon as we have more clarity. But for now - we'll have to be patient.

Full English breakfast along with vegetarian options, and bacon baps will be available from Friday 24th July.
Weekdays served between 7:30am-9:30am
Weekends served between 8am-10am

We will be supporting the NHS Test and Trace. Government guidance requires us to take the ‘lead bookers’ details (Full Name, Telephone Number and Email Address) for anyone wishing to make a dining reservation. We will keep a temporary record of your details securely for 21 days and your information will only be used where necessary to help stop the spread of Covid-19.

Should you arrive without a restaurant or bar booking, please don’t be offended if our team ask for your contact details as per government guidance. These actions are to ensure that we all Stay Safe Together.

Initially, we expect that the phone lines will be busy and our Reservations team will be doing their best to respond to all enquiries as soon as they can. You can of course book direct online or contact a member of the team via email

We look forward to welcoming you soon, when you're ready.
