We are currently recruiting for a Food & Bar Assistant to work as and when required on a zero hours contract. All applicants must be over 18 for bar duties.

In this role, you will be required to:

- Ensure the full provision of food and beverage services to all customers

- Ensure all public areas are customer-ready at all times.

- Provide a polite and professional service and remain customer-focused at all times

- Welcome guests in a friendly manner

- Be familiar with current menus and wine lists

- Be familiar with products and services throughout the hotel

- Ensure the bar is correctly set up and stocked prior to service
