Conference facilities at the 4 star Lea Marston Hotel include nine rooms used for conferences or special events. These conference rooms are shown in plan form here: 

The Perry Barton Suite Conference Room forms the largest integrated area at the Hotel.  Refurbished in 2009, the contemporary decor and full air conditioning provides an ideal venue for launch events, training courses and small exhibitions.  The Perry Barton Suite is more than a meeting venue; having it's own private bar facilities enables it to host dinner dances for up to 130 guests.  With sound proofed partitioning it can be divided into two separate rooms:-  
The Perry Conference Room is suitable for meeting from 12 in a classroom style up  to 50 delegates theatre style.  It is also ideal for private dining for up to 30 guests.        
The Barton Conference Room can accommodate meetings from 30 delegates  boardroom style, to 100 theatre style and can seat 100 for a dinner.

The Dunton Manor Conference Suite was redecorated earlier this year,  The private bar, air conditioning, natural daylight and separate entrance from the main hotel, make this an ideal banqueting facility seating up to 120 guests.  Expensive sound proofed ash doors can partition this suite into two separate meeting rooms.  The Dunton can accommodate up to 100 delegates theatre style and up to 70 for a dinner whilst the Manor can seat ip to 50 delegates theatre style.  View the Conference Room Capacity Details

The Octagon Conference Room is a purpose built room for conferences and meetings, overlooking the golf course, with natural daylight, contemporary decor, an extensive media wall and a lobby area for refreshments. With capacity for a boardroom style meeting for 25 delegates up to theatre style for 100.

The Kingsbury & Whitacre Conference Rooms are adjacent to the Octagon. They both overlook the golf course and have lots of natural daylight.  Both rooms are ideal for a boardroom style meeting for up to 8 delegates.  They are also ideal for use with the Octagon as syndicate rooms.

The Maxstoke Conference Room is fully air conditioned, has lots of natural daylight, views over the inner courtyard, leather chairs and a large plasma tv screen.  It is designed for training audiences of between 15 and 30 persons or boardroom style meetings for up to 20 delegates. The Shottery Conference Room is available for meetings and private dining and can accommodate between 18 - 40. Room dimensions are 7.2m x 5.7m x 2.8m high.
