Conference Food Lunch Selection

Please select one of the following menus:

Hot & Cold Delegate Lunch Conference Food (included in the price of all delegate rate packages):

• A selection of three home-made hot dishes of the day (including vegetarian option), served with seasonal vegetables & potatoes. Or alternatively, enjoy cold deli selection including sliced meats, appetizers, freshly cut bread and salads. To follow a selection of desserts, fresh fruit and cheese board. (Subject to availability)

Sample Conference Buffets (available as an alternative to the hot & cold buffet delegate lunch)

Finger Buffet A Conference Food:

• Selection of sandwiches, vegetable pastries, guacamole tortilla chops, mini chicken kievs, tomato and tuna nicoise, roast beef, asparagus, pepper roll, lamb kofta, mint yoghurt, fresh fruit salad and selection of cheese and biscuits

Finger Buffet B Conference Food:

• Smoked salmon tart, pork and leek dumplings, tomato, mozzarella, basil, parma ham, celeriac, fig roll, chicken thigh, lemon mustard dressing, open finger sandwiches, ratatouille bouche, home made desserts and selection of cheese and biscuits

Finger Buffet C Conference Food

• Selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls, cheese and pineapple, chicken drumsticks, potato chips, garlic bread with cheese, quiche lorraine, chefs mixed salad, chocolate eclairs, vanilla cheesecake

Working Conference Lunch - £7.95 per person

• Selection of sandwiches on brown and white bread, chipped potatoes, home made coleslaw and dips

Table d'Hote Conference Lunch

• A two or three course formal lunch may be taken in the Adderley Restaurant (additional supplement per person: two courses £3.50; three courses £6.00)
