Passionate about cookery and sourcing the very best ingredients, head chef Richard Marshall and his team produce seasonal a la carte menus inspired by British and modern European flavours and almost entirely local produce. In addition to the sophistication of the a la carte, The Adderley also offers a stunning Sunday roast, already extremely popular with in the know locals.
