* Terms and Conditions for summer UK holiday breaks - These summer holiday offers are subject to availability and based on two guests sharing a standard bedroom for a minimum of two consecutive nights. The offer price is a FROM price and is available on selected nights for stays between 20th June and 22nd September 2012. Up to 2 Children aged 12 and under stay and eat breakfast for free when staying in a family room with their parents. Children over 12 will be charged an additional £5.00 per child/per night when sharing their parents rooms. Please note children hours in our swimming pool are restricted (Mon-Fri 9am-6.30pm & Sat & Sun 9am-11am & 4.30pm-7.30pm).
