Butternut squash and truffle soup (v)

Parma ham, asparagus, celeriac remoulade

Melon, prawn and smoked salmon salad

Goat’s cheese croquette, roast vegetables, pesto dressing

Roast sirloin of Scottish beef, Yorkshire pudding, pan gravy

Fillet of sea bass, ratatouille, saffron potato, aged balsamic

Roast pork loin, crackling, apple sauce

Leg of lamb and flageolet bean casserole, rosemary jus
