Lea Marston Spa Terms and Conditions

HOW TO BOOK Once you have chosen a package and dates please call our reservations team on 01675 471300. Please make all your requirements known when you book your package or treatment, e.g. medical conditions, dietary requirements. Any additional treatments should be requested at the time of booking.Maximum group size is 16 guests. Individual treatments must be guaranteed by a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking.  Children are not allowed in the spa area. The minimum age for treatments is 16. 

PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION Full payment is required at the time of booking for all spa packages (day and residential). A confirmation will be sent via email (or by post on request). For individual spa treatments, not relating to a day or residential package, all bookings must be guaranteed by a valid debit or credit card to confirm the booking.   

CANCELLATIONS For all spa packages (day and residential), cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of arrival date will be charged an administration fee of £25 per person. Cancellations between 30 and 7 days 50% of total cost.  Less than 7 days 100%, an administration fee of £10 per change will apply to bookings.  Individual treatments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a £10 charge. Less than 24 hours cancellation, or for non-arrivals at allotted time, will be charged in full. These amounts will be debited from the securing credit or debit card.    

TREATMENTS Spa treatment times, for all spa packages, are allocated on arrival therefore cannot be confirmed before your spa day. They will be scheduled as specified in your package. Requests can be made for specific times but these cannot be guaranteed. We cannot guarantee availability for extra spa treatments if they are not booked at the same time as your spa package.  All treatment times are approximate.Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to your appointment time(s) in order to relax and complete your consultation card.Regretfully late arrival for your appointment will result in a reduced treatment time.  

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE For residential stays check-in time is 2.00pm.  Allow sufficient time to settle into your room as treatments may commence from 3.00pm.  On day of departure rooms must be vacated by 11.00am.  Changing rooms and lockers are available until your departure at 6.00pm.  Robes and slippers must be left in your allocated locker on departure.  Missing robes or slippers will be charged for against your securing debit or credit card.  It is the responsibility of party organizers to ensure all robes and slippers are left in lockers.
