Booking Procedures

1. You are most welcome to visit the hotel and discuss your personal requirements with a member of the sales team. 
2. A provisional booking can be made and will be held for 7 days, pending payment of the appropriate deposit. 

1. All deposits are non-refundable or transferable under any cicumstances. 
2. If no deposit has been received after 7 days the booking may be released.
3. The deposit paid will be deducted from the final balance.
4. Written confirmation is required along with a non-refundable deposit of £1,000.00 to confirm your wedding booking.

In the unlikely event that you have to cancel you will forfeit your deposit. In addition a cancellation fee will be charged:-

• 12 - 3 months prior to the event £1,000.00 cancellation fee
• Less than 3 months prior 65% food and beverage and 90% room hire and accommodation

1. The hotel reserves the right to charge minimum numbers on all Saturday wedding receptions between May and September inclusive, which must include a full wedding package and evening buffet.
2. Should numbers fall below the minimum numbers an additional room hire charge will apply.
3. The following minimum numbers will be required for these dates.  Minimum of 70 adults sit down for the Perry Barton suite and 60 adults sit down for the Dunton Manor suite.
4. If choosing round tables for your sit down, please note that the maximum number we can accommodate is 85 guests including the top table.

You will be required to liaise with a designated member of staff at the following stages:-

• six months prior, and then
• one month prior to your wedding day
