Senior Sous Chef – full time
This position is for a full time experienced Senior Sous Chef;
As Senior Sous Chef you will have previous experience working within a busy establishment, be able to cook at a 2 AA Rosette level and have experience in conference and banqueting is essential.
As well as being able to cook to a high level the successful Senior Sous Chef will need to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills and have the creativity to work with locally sourced ingredients.
