• Chef de Partie - Full Time
  

  We are looking for an experienced chef de partie to join our kitchen team within our 4 star hotel. The chef de partie that takes on this role will have previous experience working within a professional kitchen environment and preferably with 2AA rosette standard food.  Preparation, cooking and presentation of food for services within the hotel – i.e. A la carte 2 rosette restaurant, bar restaurant, banqueting, conferences and room service menus using all fresh produce.

  Due to the rural location you will need to be a car driver.

• Demi Chef de Partie
  

  We are looking for an experience demi chef de partie to join our kitchen team within our 4 star hotel. Preparation, cooking and presentation of food for services within the hotel – i.e. A la carte 2AA rosette restaurant, bar restaurant, banqueting, conferences and room service menus using all fresh produce.

  Due to the rural location you will need to be a car driver.
